My family and I spent almost 6 weeks at a beautiful home in Miramar Beach called Flamingo DESTINation. We looked at so many properties and different rental companies when we initially wanted to book our trip. Vanessa from Beach Reunion was amazing and so helpful, and more responsive than any other person from every other property management company we reached out to. She even spent time on the phone with us (after hours) to answer all of our million questions and to get us booked and confirm our reservation. She made it so easy! The home was exactly what we were looking for and I can see from speaking with Vanessa why Beach Reunion has so many A+ reviews. Our entire 6 weeks went flawlessly and I wish we could have stayed even longer (but the property had other guests booked, otherwise we would have extended our stay again!). We had a MINOR issue with the dishwasher and it was taken care of immediately and by the next day they put in an entirely new dishwasher. Anytime we reached out, we were answered in a timely fashion and everyone was so nice and professional. We cannot wait to come back again!! We will absolutely stay in this same place :) Highly recommend dealing with Beach Reunion. Fantastic experience and great memories made. Thank you so much!!!

Beach Reunion has been managing vacation rentals on the Emerald Coast for over 20 years. We specialize in large luxury beach homes sleeping anywhere from 8 to 38 guests. We proudly host vacation rentals primarily along Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin & Miramar Beach, Florida. Our program proudly features a coastal collection of large group homes, smaller cottage style homes and a group of gulf front houses.
Our homes are located in Frangista Beach, Destiny East, Destiny West, Emerald Waters, Shipwatch, Crystal Beach and other prestigious neighborhoods. Many are Gulf Front homes directly on Scenic Gulf Drive.
Our guests come year after year for family reunions, golfing trips, weddings, and corporate groups. Our amenities include golf cart rentals, beach chair services as well as our concierge services for golf, dining and wedding planning.
We entertain thousands of guests and host hundreds of weddings annually in our 50+ top of the line properties. Many of our guests have been staying with us year after year for over ten years and rent different homes in our program as we build, upgrade and add new properties.
