I lodged my order with this company on 9 December, and it arrived pretty quickly on 23 December. I thought this was a reasonable time frame due to Christmas and the cost I paid for postage, which was quite reasonable as well. I was also pretty happy that I could choose Australia Post as a carrier within Australia as they have a good reputation in my eyes. Some other carriers are not so easy to contact, and I’ve had a few instances of parcels lost but not with Australia Post.The website was easy to navigate, and there was ample choice in the items I was interested in. Perhaps too much choice. Another good feature was the varying package sizes. Example if you don’t need 200 cabochon trays, it is fairly easy to find a packet of 20. Although if you can’t you can always request a resizing of the package. Sometimes that is accepted and sometimes it is not.The quality of the items I chose is very good, and I would re-order everything in the package, except one thing. I ordered a set of jewellery tools, and I think they were meant for very small hands. However, that was my fault as I should have read more carefully the dimensions of the tools, and then I would’ve realised they were much too small.In the interests of transparency, I will say that I have been offered a one dollar voucher from this company to write a review. A one dollar voucher off future orders from a company that I did not want to shop at again, would not incentivise me to write a good review. Even before I had been offered a one dollar voucher, I had already lodged a second order with this company.
