Took over a month to get my order and numerous emails on my part. Ordered 3 items, all size large. Two fit, one was quite small. Even sending Beambead a picture comparing them could not get them to refund my money or exchange. They suggested I give to a friend, next email offered $3, then $5, then $6. Horrible to deal with. Plus I doubt any of the money went to the victims in Maui, as advertised.
