I feel that I have been helped very poorly by Beam. It is extremely frustrating that AI-generated replies are being sent via email. I placed an order, and that order never arrived.DHL claims that the address does not exist or that the recipient has moved. This is incorrect. It is a store that is open and was open at the time of delivery. We have camera footage clearly showing that no delivery driver came at the time they claim they did.I reported this issue to Beam, because DHL has stated that the sender is ultimately responsible for this matter. As mentioned before, Beam keeps responding with AI-generated messages. I told Beam that I understand they cannot control the package being returned, but I asked them to please ensure that I still receive the products, because there was a high chance the items would no longer be in stock afterward.Once again, I received generic AI responses that did not personally address my question at all. This is very poor service. Now the product has been returned to Beam, and exactly as I warned them, the product is no longer in stock, so I can no longer reorder it.
