First my package wasn't delivered but that was not the fault of Beam but rather the shipping company in my living erea. When I contacted Beam they were very profesional about it and gave me a full refund. I'm very happy that they were able to do this. Made me feel wanted as a costumer and made me more secure about ordering something from them again. Only with an other delivery service.
