Started using these nappies following a recommendation to help with healing a nappy rash. It did help with that (alongside different creams etc). BUT these nappies always leak and is noticeably less absorbent. We do not use them overnight/when outside because we know they will leak on the legs, no matter who puts them on and however tight. Revised 12/11 - reduced to one star as these are astonishingly prone to leak. Glad to stop using them, ridiculously bad design.
