I ordered a pack of £0.99 nappies samples on 28th November, and should receive my order on 30th November. (Their website says you'll get a next day delivery if you ordered before 3pm. If you ordered after 3pm then your package will come the day after.) However, I didn't receive my package until 4th December, which is really a BIG delay without any explanation. When my package finally arrived on 4th December, I was at home waiting all day, but the courier give my package to a neighbor that I don't know, he/she did not ring my door bell or even try to call me. This is ridiculous. Will never buy things here anymore. * I appreciate the explanation message from Beaming Baby. I can now understand what was going on, so I will change my rate from 1 star to 3 star due to their fast reply and friendly comments. I would recommend Beaming Baby put some warning or explanation notes on their website or in confirmation emails, so costumers will understand that they may experience delays on their delivery during big seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas.
