The delivery service left the package outside in the heavy rain. I expected the bean bags to be in some protective packaging, but they were placed directly in the cardboard box. Unfortunately, they got wet as the outer box was soaked. I dried them out since I didn't have time to complain or arrange a return. I hope in the future, this company at least uses some protective wrap for the bean bags.
