The delivery left the parcel outside in heavy rain. I expected the bean bags to be protected in some way, but they were simply placed directly in the cardboard box. Unfortunately, they got wet because the outer box was soaked. I managed to dry them out, as I don't have the time to complain or arrange a return. I hope that in the future, this service will at least use some protective wrap for the bean bags.
