Where do I begin? On August 24th I ordered two Marine Corps Monopoly sets for my sons for the Marine Corps' 250th birthday, with 12-20 Day free shipping. I sent multiple emails regarding the shipment not being received. I received responses back each time that sounded legit. Examples-There's no response yet from carrier-will send update asap.Items have been shipped. There must have been a problem with shipping-will reship items now. Wait a few more days. Refund has been processed-Here is the refund receipt-No receipt attached-Only an amount which I can only assume is what they say they refunded-$18.98 not the $62.98 I paid. Many more emails back and forth, with today being the latest. I attached screenshots of my original order confirmation and payment and asked for an actual copy of my refund information. I got a response stating that they received my order. Exactly like the original order confirmation. I guess I have to chalk it up to a lesson learned.
