Good parts: Great dosages and effective ingredients in preworkouts, protein powders and hydro formulas. Love them all.Bad points: Crap sealing on preworkout tubs (Creatine and protein have been ok so far) but the sealing means moisture can get into the tubs and my last quarter was so hard i just threw it out as it tasted off. Moving half of my next batch to a sealed tub and the other half in the original tub prooved my findings that the tub is at fault.
