I bought a large shed which was installed this month five years ago. I was very pleased with the installation and gave the company five stars. Shortly after, however, water stains started appearing at the high end of the ceiling. They were not causing much of a problem so I ignored them. For health reasons I did not go in the shed for the last six months or so until two days ago. The roof is leaking badly and starting to damage my model railway layout. I contacted the company through their chat. As far as they are concerned after five years it just needs a re-felt. Even cheap felt should last at least ten years. there are no visible signs of damage so the felt must be of a very poor quality. Not something I would expect from a shed costing thousands of pounds.
