Although I found the website ordering process a little difficult, I called and queried my concerns and Sophie was very helpful, which put my mind at ease. I continued with my order and it was confirmed as received and then I got a call back to confirm that everything was as it should be. Although there was a bit of a glitch with the ordered shed, we got it sorted out and hopefully I will get exactly what I need.
