Growing up in the south, fruitcake was always on our holiday table. And usually many slices sneaked prior to Christmas. I haven't make my own cake for many years and all purchases have been so disappointing and usually dry. In 2021, a client gifted me with your Traditional Fruitcake and I saved the label (from the 2nd one, because I went back for seconds). Happy to say that I found you on line and this years cake was just as good. Looking forward to purchasing more for myself and sending your other cakes as gifts to friends all year long. Thank you! PS I cut slices from the 2nd cake and froze them for all year treats. That worked very well with no degradation of quality.

Our recipes date back to 1917. Our fruitcake is a light cake with 67% fruit and nuts. We use large cherries, succulent pineapple, regular and golden raisins along with pecans and walnuts.
