I had a terrible experience with Beatriz.ai. I paid for a one-time purchase expecting to retain my credits, only to have them removed without any clear explanation. They claimed that I had signed up for a monthly subscription $129.90. So I emailed them asking for a refund and that I didn't purchase the monthly subscription and they only refund me $100 and that they are unable to refund me the full amount because the banking system didn't allow it. To make matters worse, their invoices are deliberately vague and fail to specify whether charges are for one-time, monthly, or annual purchases. That lack of transparency feels intentional and misleading.After having paid for something that was later taken away, I’m now left with no choice but to dispute the charge.This kind of practice is unacceptable. I would not recommend using their AI to anyone.
