My first (and only) attempt to purchase a product from this site was a terrible experience. I spent far too long on the phone trying to sort out a discrepancy on their site to ensure I got the correct item (a children’s electric toothbrush), which had the wrong photo with the item description. Over the phone, I was told the correct picture had been substituted and there were two left in stock, so I quickly bought the item. A week later I still hadn’t received it, so I tracked my item (using the confirmation email order number) on their website and learned that my item was cancelled. I never received a cancellation email. I called and was told that the item wasn’t in stock anymore, but when I went to their website, it was now listed as a “New” item and priced $10 more than what I would have paid the week before. When I called back and explained how I thought that was unfair, the customer service representative told me to “buy it from someone else then” and hung up on me. Also, for what’s it’s worth, this is the first time I have ever posted a review of something online. I am not a person that easily complains publicly like this, but the experience was so frustrating, I had to post this.
