Well I ordered Mac make up over two weeks ago and still waiting!! Royal Mail have put a card through the letter box saying that the postage is £1.50 short from this pathetic excuse for a company.You try to rob me for £33 which is a joke just like your cowboy company!! Blocked my email when asked for the proof which is very sad. Totally ignorant company, I’m the customer and I am having to chase you because you can’t deliver what I paid for? Lucy is a disgrace!!! Asking me for proof then blocking my email. Customer service is a joke!!
