FedEx is not the most efficient or modern delivery company. They have delivered to me several times, from the same company, and always have to make at least 2 attempts to deliver the package. The options for leaving information like door codes and delivery information are not straightforward and should be more proactive from FedEx. On one occasion I received a text message (with a picture of my apartment building door) saying that they could not deliver the package because no one was home. If you can send me a text then you obviously have my contact details, so phone me and I will tell you the code and you can leave it outside my apartment. Also, if you have my adress, and your business is to deliver stuff you should be aware that you are delivering to an apartment building and that you will need a code to get in as 99% of apartment buildings in Sweden operate this way. Either proactively seek out this information via text or email information you gave received from the sender or arrange for delivery to a pickup point, instead of driving across Stockholm 2 or 3 times resulting in late delivery of goods.
