This vendor doesn't seem trustworthy. Items cannot be returned with ease. Instead of a straight forward "here is your RMA, here is the return address," they try to get you to keep the poorly crafted pieces by noting you'll get a 30% refund." When you choose a full refund, you receive an RMA but no further instructions as to where to ship the products being returned. Waste of time and energy to engage with this vendor.
