I recently purchased a 5-piece jewelry deal for $69.95 from Beautiful Earth. The day my order was delivered, I received a promotional email offering any piece for just $10. I reached out to customer support to see if they could honour the new promotion, and provide me partial refund based on new pricing. Unfortunately, they refused.Disappointed in the lack of flexibility and customer care. I expected better from a brand trying to build loyalty.
