I bought a ring from Beautiful Earth in February and when I got it in, it was beautiful and a very nice quality for the price. A few days ago (mid July) I noticed the main flower of the ring had fallen off. Bummer, but it was only a $30 or so dollar ring, to be expected.I went on the website to buy a new one and noticed that they had a 1 year warranty. That’s RARE for companies nowadays! I reached out not expecting anything, but to my pleasant surprise they not only responded, but are sending me a replacement free of charge!!!I will absolutely be shopping here again and am very grateful for their customer service!
