I purchased an Advent calendar jewelry box last year in 2024, and I really enjoyed my pieces. Two of my favorite pieces had broken, and I was upset; I checked the website, and they offer a free one-year warranty on all products. I got into contact with a customer service representative, her name was Kathy, and she was incredible!! She made the whole process very smooth, and she also fixed all the snags I had with my replacement order (finding my order #, changing the delivery address, covering fees I was unaware of) in a very timely manner with excellent professionalism. I think the company should be aware of this, as I always like to acknowledge when corporations and their employees treat their customers with kindness and respect. I would purchase from them again!
