I will start by saying the dress is what it was in the picture. It seems to be good quality and it arrived a couple days earlier than expected. However, I went off of the measurements given on their website and it was a little big. I asked about exchanging the dress so I didn’t have to alter it so much (it gets expensive) and they have not agreed to an exchange for a smaller size. Customer service is not super quick about responding to emails either. I would like to say that I would order again but based on customer service and no exchanges, I’ll pass next time. It’s a lot of money to pay for something that we can’t exchange and will now pay just as much for alterations. Now they want me to purchase a second dress and keep the first to send to a buyer when this dress and size is ordered again and they would reimburse me at that time for the first dress. Not happening!!!
