I was sent an incorrect item, and initially had a very difficult time with customer service trying to arrange a return. However, after things escalated, a rep from Beauty Encounter reached out and offered to make things right. I was sent an updated return label and had my refund issued in a few days. Wish the initial difficulties could have been avoided, but appreciate the detailed customer service I received in the end.
