OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I can not recommend highly enough. From my first enquiry to traveling home it was been amazing service.Despite UK companies being willing to perform the procedure I opted to travel to BiP as from my research they was one of the best in Europe for eye surgery. Good job I did as the level of pre tests were fantastic and identified that I am not suitable for lense replacement. This was missed by the UK companies and would mean I would only be glasses free for a year or two if I had the procedure done now.The doctor at BiP was more concerned about ensuring I understood the options and I didnt waste my money than just proceeding. I was also provided with all my results and what was discussed without any fuss.The level of care did NOT reduce after I decided to not proceed and it remained so far above what I expected or got in the UK. Hopefully my eye condition stabalises in the coming years and if it does I will 100% be going back to BiP to get the procedure done.
