EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I cannot recommend this highly enough. From my initial inquiry to returning home, the service has been remarkable. Even though local companies were willing to perform the procedure, I chose to travel to this provider after researching and finding they were among the best in Europe for eye surgery. I’m glad I did, as their thorough pre-tests revealed that I am not suitable for lens replacement. This was overlooked by the local companies and would have resulted in only a brief period without glasses if I had gone through with it now. The doctor at this provider prioritized ensuring I understood my options and did not want me to waste my money, rather than just pushing for the procedure. I also received all my results and discussions clearly and without any hassle. The level of care did NOT diminish after I decided not to proceed, and it remained far above what I expected or received locally. Hopefully, my eye condition stabilizes in the coming years, and if it does, I will definitely return to this provider for the procedure.
