Bought a cabin of them 2 years ago and have had numerous issues with windows and Doors leaking, not opening correctly, issues with leaks through the paint which they applied. They are great at dealing with any issues if you owe them any money but when fully paid they do not want to know. I have contacted them 4 times about door issues and I am still waiting for anyone to make contact.. Also the windows and doors on their show units are not the ones supplied on the affordable units. They are a much lower grade with little if any adjustability. We have never had a door function as it should since we bought the unit. If you are in the market for a log cabin I would recommend you look to another supplier. After care here is none existent and they claim at sales stage they give a 15 year guarantee..UPDATE: Beaver Log Cabin please don't insult me or potential readers with the 'I have tried to contact you but...' line. I have 3 emails sent to you that you have never replied to. If you struggled to get in contact with us how was it that after my review yesterday you were able to get hold of us by just dialling our number? With regard to the quality of the windows and doors, no other option was given for the wall thickness we ordered, yes on the units that cost twice and three times more money there are other options. We are pleased that you have finally gotten in touch, but sad that it has taken a negative review to get things moving.
