This was my first experience with Beck and Bulow. When I ordered at first there was an issue. I called and spoke with a young man I believe was named Jeff and he helped me and guided me through the process. He told me that the Bison will be the best I ever had! We don't eat ground beef, we eat ground bison. I've not cooked the meat yet, but the ordering experience I had was the best and I look forward to eating the meats I ordered. We will be eating duck bacon later this morning for the first time. We're excited to try it. Thank you Beck and Bulow for all your help and information. I'll be back for more.
