I recently made a huge purchase and faced some unclarity in my understanding of the refund/return process. I reached out to the Support team to ask for the clarification after I purchased 2 pairs of identical boots , but with different sizes. ANd asked if that was OK to immediately return one and get refund to the credit card. The confirmed that it was completely acceptable and even thou they did custom boot version for you, they consider it a best practice to purchase different sizes and select which one suits you more. And that is totally ok. I was pleased by that information. And also i was able to easily change the coloring of my sneakers, which they offered me with 50% discount during the purchase of initial boots. It was a great User experience, as well as getting nice leather belt again with almost 30%+ discount. I appreciate a lot quality of support team. And quality of boots is extremely high as well.
