I ordered shoes 7 months ago. They arrived after 3 months but were freakishly too big and customer service said to send them back and they would send new shoes. It’s been 4 months and customer service is ghosting me. Absolutely no response whatsoever. I’m going to dispute through my credit card company. I wish I read these reviews before stupidly ordering from a post on a social media feed. Be warned.
