I ordered two pairs of men's dress shoes and a belt. The stitching on one was poorly done and both pair were small for the stated size. I wear an 8 1/2 in major brands but Beckettsimonon is small. I have tried to return the unworn shoes but the customer service is terrible. It's clear they will set up every road block to responding to issues or concerns. Twice they have asked for photos of the unworn shoes and fail to respond timely to requests. The information they provide has been wrong and it has been impossible to get an exchange or a refund. It has been the worst online purchase experience I have had.
