I'm having the same bad experience as others on here. I strongly advise not ordering from this company. I am trying to execute an exchange. They have my money and I do not have my boots. They received my return nearly a month ago. The website says someone will follow up with you within 3 days. There has been no communication. They do not answer the phones or emails. I'll likely have to dispute this through my credit card company
