I ordered a pair of shoes, they didn't fit so I retunred them. They have had the shoes back for 10 days, and no one will respond to me about my refund. Initially they said it would be 3 days, but now no one will respond. I would be careful ordering from them if you aren't sure the shoes will fit. I have emailed, called, and messaged online, and they won't respond to anything. They were great at responding up to the point I processed the return, now nothing.
