I had a terrible experience with this company and its ridiculous "customer service" representative. I placed an order for two pairs of shoes three months ago. I kept getting emails about production progress with the bios of all of the people involved in manufacturing the shoes. Of course, I prepaid the shoes on my American Express card. Then I finally received notices the shoes had been shipped with expected delivery dates. The delivery dates kept changing. I finally emailed the company and they concluded shoes had been lost and my options were: a store credit, choosing something else that might be in inventory, or placing another order and waiting another three months. Refunding me my money was not an option. I was infuriated. I filed a dispute with AMEX and they immediately took care of it. The company is now telling me they're willing to make a "one time exception" and accept the charge-back. How absurd. This is not my problem. If they can't trust UPS or whoever their shipper is, that's there problem not mine. Why would they need to be making an exception? They didn't deliver the product I ordered. Do not trust the company and beware. They are out to rip you off. The leather looks cheap and you can read that in some reviews, and the three month wait is preposterous.
