Honestly, I just have the hardest time imagining negative reviews concerning their customer service. I've ordered 4 times within the last 2 or 3 years and have needed customer service each time and each time their agents have been understanding professional and elite level polite. I mean, consistently probably the best customer service I've ever had. I live out of range for the free shipping so the website won't let me order which means the reps have to send me a custom invoice. I can be a little wishy washy on the products I want so invoice changes are common and always met with patience and politeness. I really can't say enough good things about my experiences. The shoes have been a little less consistent. I had one model blow out on me twice putting them on for the first time. Both times, no problem. Told me to keep the shoes each time and sent new ones with the option of waiting for the next window of orders or they offered shoes that were already made for people who had canceled their orders. The Reid sneakers have become my favorite shoes. I've just ordered my second and third pairs of them and I have a couple other models of sneakers and some Chelsea Boots. The boots look like should cost hundreds more than I paid. This is a great company who seems to have your back. I highly recommend them. Oh yeah, to be fair, they can be slow to respond. But when they do they will take off whatever needs to be taken care of. At least that's been my experience.
