Yes, an AI response was initially received but, it interpreted my issue correctly and was later contacted by a rep who remedied my error. No harm no foul. I've ordered numerous products from Beckett Simonon and will keep doing so as long as the quality remains high in service and the products themselves. Being faithful is a two way street.
