Please do yourself a favor and read the non-five-star reviews below, as well as regular customers' experiences on Reddit or anywhere else to get a real glimpse into this business. The majority of the great online reviews are done by people who coincidentally have an affiliate link, which means they a) got the product for free and b) receive 20% of the purchase made through their link.The product I received had blatant, glaring, extremely easy-to-spot defects and damages. Upon contacting the business and providing detailed photos, I was told that it was just me having overly high expectations. They offered me 3 options:- to exchange the pair of boots I had waited for 2 months for for another in-stock pair- wait for another 2.5 months to receive a replacement (which would bring the total wait time to almost 5 months)- receive a 50% gift card (meaning I'd have to spend over 100$ purchasing from them again lol) and keep the defective boots.After sending the items back for return, the refund has not been issued, and my emails are getting completely ignored. I would stay as far away from this company as possible. Literally, you can get a pair of shoes that is miles ahead for a fraction higher price and not have any headaches whatsoever.Update: The business processed the refund ONLY AFTER all of the following: I posted this review; sent another 2 emails; called their phone number 5 times (it does not connect you to a person - you get disconnected after 50 seconds); and filed a complaint through Shopify. Only after all this, they processed the refund and claimed it was delayed due to "human error". Their claim in the response that "your refund has already been processed" is false. They scrambled to process it after the reviews came in.
