WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! My shoes were returned to their warehouse because of usps. Then they sold my shoes. Didn’t tell me. Months later I call for a refund. “Oh sorry” let us replace them with quick shipping from in stock shoes Plus we will gift you a free pair of sneakers.” Wowie that’s awesome. Then crickets. No shoes, no call for months. Now they don’t answer my call in warehouse. Emailed to just refund me. Instead they email that my “quick ship” will arrive in April/May. I emailed back, no thanks ! Then, crickets again!! Insanity. Now I spent 45 minutes on a chat asking for my refund which they REFUSEX - gave in finally when a supervisor got on and I showed them an email from their support team saying they would be more than happy to refund. Do not have any idea about their shoes !! But I can say I don’t care how good their shoes are, I will never buy these EVER EVER again
