I live outside of the USA. I ordered 2 pairs of bootsin a larger size that I normally use as I did not want to have a problem with the fittingI could not put on the shoes as they were too small. I contacted the company who requested me to use a hairdryer to warm the leather and I should stretch the shoes. I informed them I am not a shoe repair person.They eventually advised they will credited me with US dollars 80.They transferred the funds to me which were not paid in US dollars. When I complained they asked me to contact the fund transfer company which is well known for these methods.Buy at your own risk.
