I called to ensure they had it stock and the customer service rep was extremely helpful in verifying it was in stock and assisted me on the phone to place the order. I received the furniture quicker than the time frame I was given. I was able to track my order during the shipping process. The delivery service they used did an excellent job in inspecting the item prior to delivery. The delivery service delivered and placed the sideboard in the specific location I requested. In addition, Emma Mason quickly contacted me to ensure I had received the furniture and to verify that I was satisfied with the sideboard and the delivery company.
