ordered bedroom set with white glove service. unresolved after 7 months, 4 delivery/service visits, dozens of phone calls with customer service, and countless hours seeking resolution. Bed makes lots and lots of banging noises when used. probably still assembled incorrectly. biggest retail regret of my life.
