We paid and booked through our travel agent for bali zoo breakfast with the orangutans. Our travel agent used this company. 2 days before we were meant to go got an email saying the zoo was booked even though we purchased and paid a month before hand. Then rang me at the hotel since I didn't receive the email (it went to spam)We had to cancel out booking. Our agent went through klook and got in straight away. Why didn't they Gove our booking to the zoo a month ago. This ruined our night and will never ever recommend to anyone! Do not use. Check with you travel agents and make sure they don't use. It's luckily klook came theough
