They are selling their rooms via booking.com and say that customer service can be done through booking.com, which is NOT TRUE. Booking.com can not make any chances due to it being booked through a third partner, the hotel can't make any chances due to it being booked through a third partner. So you the customer are screwed because BedsOnline is not reachable whatsoever. Nowhere. Absolutely impossibe to reach. Horrible horrible service. They need to stop selling through booking.com if they won't provide customer service
