BedSure Get Cozy High- Voltage Heated Blanket.I bought this product from Amazon yesterday , absolutely rubbish product i have bought. Company Customer Service horrible and not even willing to response to my email. paid full price to use for my elderly dad. Put the Over blanket for over 3 hours but no heat output at all. I would definitely ask trading standard to resolve the issue as so many other customer like me have to suffer due to poor quality and the product is not fit for purpose. this product should be off the trading market.
