I ordered a bed over 3 weeks ago. The bed arrived within 8 days of ordering, but was a different bed to what I ordered, and it was extremely damaged. I called the following day to ask for the bed to be collected and replaced with the bed that I had ordered originally. This was 2 weeks ago, and the bed has still not been delivered and I am now being asked which parts of the bed are damaged so that they can send replacement parts?! I just wanted the bed I ordered. I have now requested a refund, to which I am told will need to be sent to management to be approved. However, every time I ask to speak to a manager, they are apparently in a meeting! Customer service is shocking - they rarely answer the phone, and when they do, it is the same person every time and they mumble and sound as though they are under water! will never order from them again! and i still have no bed...
