Bought this band for my autistic son during a burnout crisis, when we had run out of ideas and nothing else was helping. The change has been hard to believe.He is no longer stimming all day. He is calmer and far more settled. His focus has improved, he is more present and engaged, and that constant blank look has eased. He responds quicker when spoken to and is not pacing or drifting off into his own world as much.Sleep has improved as well. He is falling asleep much faster, even without melatonin at times, and settling into bed without the usual struggle.Overall, he just seems more comfortable in himself. Less overwhelmed, less distressed, and more like himself again.
