I thought I would try this device as medication didn't seem to help ... well I am amazed by it... after nearly 10 years of diagnosed with cervical dystonia... I wear it everyday and really helps with work....It is very comfortable to wear I use it half hour before I get out of bed also and really helps with my pain Only Downside could do with a longer battery life Did feel a bit light headed the first 48hrs of using it I would recommend it to people
