Ordered on the 14th of April. Product has still not been shipped. Emailed on 1st of May told to wait 5-10 days. Emailed again on the 15th of May told to wait 4-10 days. Now the 5th of June and I've given up and asked for my money back. At least they emailed back, but it's especially galling that they are persistently marketing their product with multiple targeted ads and emails, when they can't actually deliver it.
