Initially, I received tracking information that was due to another customer. After my complaint, I received a response very quickly. The communication works very well! They provided me with a new tracking link. This told me that 8 days had passed between payment and collection of the goods in China. And yes, only now I realised that I had ordered items in China. It was two T-shirts that were intended as a gift. However, as the parcel only arrived three weeks later, too late for the birthday, I wanted to send them back. I had to ask several times for a return label. They said that I had received the size I had ordered. In the next reply, they asked me if I didn't want to wear the T-shirts myself or give them to someone else. However, the envelope was so light that I had to assume that the quality of the T-shirts was poor. Besides, I had found exactly the same product on A**zon for half the price. So there was really no reason not to cancel the purchase. However, the customer support only offer 7€ and does Not provide the Adresse to return the items. Don not buy here.
