They said they refunded me yet it has been more 12 business days, and still nothing on my bank account. I have contacted them several times and they kept saying they will look into it. Even the way they made my glasses seemed shady and sketchy. Inside of the box shipments, there were several things missing on the paperwork, e.g. I ordered Premium anti-reflective yet the paperwork only mentioned anti-reflective. The other was my prescription sunglasses where the lens material is entirely off the paperwork and blank. They insisted that they did do it but only their words and no actual documents or anything to prove it. The only reason I went with them was because my insurance had them on their website. This will be the last time I ever go with this company. Enjoy your 1-time customer rather than a repeating one.
